The transducer is adopted during rotation.  The rotational speed can be adjusted according to the products with different viscosity. It prevents from lay separation and precipitation. The equipment and reducer stand is intergrated , so it can prevent the coaxiality of rotation axis from change because of reducer stand and pot body during in service. All of sterilizing courses an be controlled by PLC automatically. The heat distribution can be controlled within ±0.1 .Multistage heat is adopted. At the same time, it can save energy and has the function of testing F value. It can store 30 sterilizing formulas at least.
